Rules for returning goods
Partversal.co.uk was created to satisfy our customers' desire to find the vehicle parts they need quickly and conveniently, so we want to make the process as smooth as possible. If for any reason there is a problem between the Seller and the Buyer, we will always help to resolve the problem amicably and decide whether the goods will be returned to the Seller with a full refund to the Buyer's account.
Return of proper quality goods
If the product is of good quality and as advertised, but after you buy it you find that it is not suitable for you, you must start the return process and return the purchased product within 14 days after you receive the product (if it was delivered by courier service) or after you collect the product (if you picked it up at the place of collection).
Returning goods that are faulty, incomplete or not as advertised
The Buyer has the right to return the goods if the goods are found to be of inadequate quality or have defects which the Seller did not discuss with the Buyer before the sale of the goods, within a reasonable period of time in accordance with the legal requirements, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt or collection of the goods.
Goods may be found to be faulty and exchanged for quality goods (if available) or returned if:
they do not correspond to the Seller's description and do not have the same characteristics as the goods provided by the Seller as a sample or model; or they have defects that the Seller did not specify before selling the goods;
they do not correspond to the quality indicators which are generally characteristic for goods of the same kind and which the Buyer may reasonably expect from the nature of the goods;
the Buyer has reasonable grounds to suspect that the product has been produced in violation of the intellectual property rights of third parties (e.g. it is not the original product, even though it was declared as such), or has been acquired or distributed by illegal means;
If at the time of conclusion of the Contract, the Buyer knew or should have known of the non-conformity of the goods (e.g. published information about defects, malfunctions, etc.), the goods are presumed to be of satisfactory quality. Second-hand goods of fair quality can only be exchanged or returned with the Seller's agreement.

After logging in to your account, go to your Customer area and find the Orders section. By clicking on the specific order (or part thereof) you want to return, you will find the "Return of goods" option and you can choose which items you want to return and how.

Unregistered users:
You can return the product using the order link sent to your email address. When you open the order summary, you will find the "Return of goods" option and you can choose which items you want to return and how.
The returned goods must be in the same condition as when it was received, i.e. unused, undamaged, in the same condition as when it was received (no damaged labels, no peeling of protective film, etc.) and, if it was packed, in the same packaging. The Buyer must also have proof that he bought the goods from the Seller (electronic invoice or order number).
Shipping costs for returned goods
Partversal.co.uk returns are free.
If the returned goods are unsuitable for the Buyer due to the Buyer's fault or if they are of poor quality, the Seller shall bear the shipping costs.
In the event of a return, the Seller will provide a return sticker or arrange for collection at the address provided by the Buyer.
Refund procedure
When the Buyer returns the goods, the money for the goods will be credited to the same account from which the order was paid for within 14 days from the date the Seller received the returned goods.
If the goods are returned by the Buyer, no refund of the settlement fees is made.
