How to buy on Partversal.co.uk?
Select the category you are interested in and choose the part you want in the handy "Parts catalogue". Clicking on the picture of the part you need will bring up a window that will give you more information about the product. If it suits your needs, click on the green " Add to Shopping cart" button on the right.
If your shopping is complete, please click on the "Continue order" button below and you will be redirected to the next page where you can choose your delivery and payment options.
If you want to select more products, close the resulting Shopping cart window using the X button in the top corner and continue searching. Once you have found all the items you are interested in, go back to the Shopping cart, you can always find the basket icon in the top right corner of the window.
In the Shopping cart window that opens, check the parts you have selected. When you are satisfied that everything is in order, click on the "Continue order" button. If you are a registered user, please log in, and if you want to buy without registering, you will be asked to enter your personal information to confirm your order and to have the goods delivered to the location of your choice.
In the next step, "Delivery", you will be able to choose the most convenient delivery method for you. In this step, you will see the estimated delivery time and the cost of the delivery method.
In the last step "Payment" you can choose the most convenient payment method for you. For your convenience, we cooperate with all the most popular Lithuanian banks and offer the possibility to pay via PayPal and Revolut.
After successful payment, you will receive a notification to your email address that your order has been processed. If you have chosen to receive your goods via courier service, please wait for a message or call from them, and if you collect the goods yourself, we will send you another email notification that the part is ready for collection.
Can I choose the delivery method that works best for me?
We want you to receive your goods in the most convenient way for you, so you will be able to choose the method of delivery in the last step of the purchase process. You can collect the goods free of charge on the spot* from the Seller or choose a courier to deliver the goods to you. The estimated delivery time is indicated separately for each delivery method.
* The "Car" section next to each item indicates the city where the item is currently located in the car scrapyard. If you are in the same city and it is more convenient for you to collect the goods yourself, you can go directly to the Seller.

Where can I find information about the status of my order?
Once you have ordered the goods and successfully paid for the contents of your Shopping cart, you will receive an electronic order confirmation at the email address you have provided. In this email, you will find a "View Order" link, which will take you to a page where you can view the content and status of your order.
Can I cancel an order I have already made?
If you have changed your mind about your order and would like to cancel it, you can do so before the part is shipped. In this case, you should contact Partversal.co.uk customer support as soon as possible by phone at +44 12 3354 1341 or by e-mail at info@partversal.co.uk and ask them to stop the order.
Can I return a defective part of a car, motorcycle or truck purchased through Partversal.co.uk?
Our aim is to help you find the part you want, so if the part you buy is not the right one, you have 14 days to return or exchange it. To save both your time and the Sellers', make sure the product is suitable for your vehicle before you buy, read all the relevant information, and if you have any doubts, you can ask further questions. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it for a refund.

How do I return a product that is not right for me?
Returning new or used vehicle parts purchased on the electronic trade platform Partversal.co.uk is really easy. Registered users can choose between two ways to do this:
After logging in to your account, go to your Customer area and find the Orders section. By clicking on the specific order (or part thereof) you want to return, you will find the "Return of goods" option and you can choose which items you want to return and how.

The returned goods must be in the same condition as when it was received, i.e. unused, undamaged, in the same condition as when it was received (no damaged labels, no peeling of protective film, etc.) and, if it was packed, in the same packaging. When returning an order, you will be asked to state the reason why you are returning the goods you have purchased, and you will be asked to choose how you wish to return the goods.
Who ensures the quality of the parts sold?
The Partversal.co.uk website allows Sellers to offer and Buyers to search for new and used parts, but Partversal.co.uk is not responsible for the quality of the goods offered by Sellers. Warranties are given by the Seller himself and are stated separately on each item. In the event of a dispute, we prefer to resolve disputes in good faith, finding a mutually satisfactory compromise.

To ensure that all new and used car or motorcycle parts displayed on Partversal.co.uk are real and that the advertisements are unique, only companies and individuals who use the ReCar used parts management and sales system can post advertisements on Partversal.co.uk. All published advertisements are synchronized with this system. If you would like your advertisement to be placed on Partversal.co.uk, please contact us by phone at +44 12 3354 1341, by e-mail at sales1@recar.lt or fill in the form www.recar.lt.
How do I remove an advertisement from Partversal.co.uk?
Partversal.co.uk is fully synchronized and managed from the ReCar system, so if you want your advertisement to appear, be changed or be completely removed from the Partversal.co.uk page, you have to log in to your ReCar system account.
